can describe my thoughts about this team and this organization after more than four decades of living and dying with the Giants. Others can and will describe the stupidity of the game last night , from an ultra-conservative effort to not lose the game on offense in crunch time to the ridiculous defensive schemes used by the coaching staff in both games this year.
Starting right at the top, with the genial and delusional ownership, this organization has failed its fans repeatedly for a decade. Not for lack of effort, but rather by sticking to old and worn formulas for success that should have been discarded long ago. Change is necessary starting at the top. Until then Mara, Judge , Graham and the rest of the coaching staff should all be out there running punishment laps for taking the time and money of one of the most loyal fan bases in the sport and returning a lot of hype and promises that have proven to be very empty.
A first down clinched the game, while a touchdown without the first down would leave too much time on the clock, no confidence in the D
But running into a stacked middle of the defense on 2 cnd down was way too conservative for my taste

You show run and hit a play action off it. It was a perfect situation for it. The only thing missing was a set of balls.
Gates...ah crap
Defense...get it together
DJ...I like what I saw
Coaching...(I got nothing)

Yes it is early and some teams can rebound from 0& 2 but this team has shown nothing in the past to make anyone think that the light switch can just be turned on. These were the games that we should have sent a message back to the league that the Giants have improved. Everyone thought Philly was going to be the shit team in the east but once again here we are after less than a week into the season. Still early is a easy way out for how shitty we are and have been. Falcons game 3 becomes critical and the pressure of not letting the season get out of hand for all involved starting with Joe Judge who has proved nothing to date as the HC.
Yes but it is considerably cheaper than a therapist and I long ago gave up hope that I could rid myself of this addiction.
Right... play action to Barkley, then an RPO to the left. He possibly would have picked up a first down too.
LOL. This made me laugh. Apparently there are words.
