so far he's been another guy who talks the talk but can't walk the walk. Personell choices have not panned out. Building around the assets of the individual players is not happening. The philosophies and game plans of both his co-ordinators are questionable at best. His coaching staff of teachers aren't teaching very well. Back to back false starts by his OTs on an important drive. With his emphasis on STs, his specials weren't very last night and they made the mistake that finally cost the game. Is there a hill high enough for this team to run up?

So you want to keep a coach who has shown he’s decades behind the league with his conservative approach that will almost win games? Why is that ? This guy over 2 years has shown that his team is : 1. Plays conservative 2. Undisciplined 3. Not very smart. I mean I say keep firing coaches until you find the right one. I’m done with the giants becoming an awful organization because they like consistency in the front office and in the coach… it’s broke, fix it

McAdoo would have at least understood how to call games, his game management was actually pretty good. It was the players that killed him and his offensive schme was so bleh for a supposed offensive genius.
