Didn't see a thread posted so figured I'd start one.
It's halftime of the Army-UConn game. Black Knights are up 42-0, the Huskies are a mess (I live in CT so I know all about their disarray) but the freshman QB they have in is showing like he could a peice they can build around. His receivers have been plagued by the dropsies and have killed drives.
As always, the Army triple option is doing it's job with 253 yards in the first 30 minutes. The TOP is only 17:00 as they've had a lot of big plays and quick drives.
I'd love to see the upset.
The ESPN 30/30 show talked about how Schellenberger was recruiting in areas of Miami that they had not before where all that great talent was. Seems part of it might also be that other teams got in on the secret.
Cane - did you see your boy Cristobal march into Columbus last week and take down the Buckeyes? ;)
Lock of the day - USC bounces back and walks into Pullman and covers the 7 rather comfortably.
UCONN was referred to as a poor man's Giants
Not sure which team that reflects on worse
Small too. With that kind of size, his skills should be extraordinary.

in September? That’s absolutely moronic.

Well I took MSU today and just fired on Florida getting 14, but WSU is generally a cover machine as dogs at home. Buyer beware on that one.

I hear you on WSU at home. Hoping the new HC for SC - Williams - has them ready to go after an unexpected loss to Stanford. SC has a LOT of talent this year on both sides.
He already has plenty of support and people who will write the checks for him.

There is no way YOU sign for that - is there??
If you mean Bama is up (as they always seem to be) and Florida is down, then yes you’re spot on.
Bama is just machine like. 21 first qtr points, and looking like they can do whatever they dial up on O.
Yeah me only hesitation was going down to play in Miami, but knew it was over as soon as they let them wear white. Why the hell would you do that?
NJ has such good craft beer.
'Bama being 'Bama
They will beat NW and Illinois and then the Maryland game will be for the bowl game for both teams.
Cape May Brewery is fantastic.
Walker III is a workhorse so far. Fast, shifty, strong, runs hard, makes people miss, has hands, and secure with the ball. Thorne isn’t awesome, but makes the plays he needs to and no big mistakes.
The U owned the LOS at first, good adjustments to find what worked, keep Miami off balance.
The D played the soft zone that looked awfully familiar, but here Miami couldn’t sustain the long drives.
After several years where NYG and MSU sucked, at least 1 is pointing up now,
NJ has such good craft beer.
Rutgers is completing their "murderers row" opening schedule of Temple, Syracuse, and the mighty Delaware Fighting Blue Hens.
Crap hits the fan next week in Ann Arbor
Same can be said for Miami
Sabans bugaboo is mobile QBs. That guy fucked up the read though, it was there, should have had 2. Could you imagine losing to Bama because your kicker can't make an EP, guy is going to get daggers this week.
