they all have charities, they all have PR guys who send things to fans. It's great that the Giants do this and nice to read about but it's not unique to the Giants in the NFL.
if I go to a restaurant and get indigestion, nobody is like well did you see this article on what good people the owners are.
The Giants seem to want to push this agenda that because they are "good people" it's alright that they suck.
And again, I would challenge the notion of what good people they are when they'd prefer to watch the Giants fall into the gutter than stop pal-ing around with their friends and family at work.
You can puff up anything (see the Giants every year with their OL) real evaluations should take place based on the tough choices. Not the easy ones.

Amen! I live in DFW, and while I hate the Cowgirls, I respect Jerry Jones. The man wants to win. The Giants are the definition of insanity...more interested in keeping everything in-house and making sure the organization looks good than winning football games.
I have no doubt the Maras are good, fine people. That's great. But their job is to put a winning product on the field & it's been awhile since that can be said.
This. The older i get the more i see it. Great 'people people' not great 'football people'.
Yea ... it’s probably a generational thing ...wisdom only comes with age.
What am I missing about this article suggesting the Giants do things the right way vis a vis other franchises?
Too bad they don’t give Lombardi trophies for being classy!
+ 1.
If they want, they can start a go fund me to save the rainforest too for all I care.

The other owners with more successful teams?
