Has a near $8M cap hit next offseason. Tough to cut. I think he sticks because of it. I agree he's frustrating because he's still producing, but always missing games.
Peppers out may mean someone like Coughlin could see more snaps and DB's like Jackson or Rodarius more snaps. Or...Ebner.
If he doesn't play and continue to play at a high level they have big problems
Exactly. We have enough WR depth with Golladay, Toney, Ross, Board, Johnson, we can get by with Ryan, McKinney, and Love at safety, but without Thomas we’re in deep doo-doo
He’s great vs the run in the box and a good blitzer. Physical player and good tackler. Not sure why fans love to throw out the “not a huge loss” card he’s a starter and very good hang defender.
all these guys will be back next week, since they would have been on IR if it was anticipated they would be out longer. Of course, there might be an exception, but this should be a one-game thing. The IR rules this year makes it much easier to sort these things out.
But how crippled Thomas is seems a much bigger issue without a doubt.
Not yet, from my recollections. He was put on IR just before the Atlanta game, which means he has one more game to go before the "clock" can be started on him.
Well, shouldn't be hard for Giants to turn in inactive list Sunday

He has had 16 tackles in 4 games and is a liability in coverage.
Is the secondary. This game Beal might get a jersey. That would give them Adore, Williams, and Beal active where Adore can move around and Williams and Beal are more outside. If they push Adore more to the slot they can play Love more at safety.
Peppers is an emotional leader for the team. I don't know who can fill that passion he brings, but they should be able to let him heal up.
Peppers guards them because Ryan and McKinney are awful.
Yeah it's time to let it go. I was the same way.
wasnt he hurt before that, he just went out and did the toss (he wasnt playing at the time).
This injury report is sickening.

We get to see more of Julian Love.
Jabrill Peppers

No, he got hurt in the 4th quarter and was pulled from the game. Widely reported, including on this site.

Likely Board unless they want to gamble on flipping the field

This could get ugly by the middle of the third quarter: any injuries at all put us in a real bind.
