I’m psyched for this game! Today I s the day Getty’s G-Men serve notice that they’ve arrived and he was right all the fucking long! Jones is gonna dazzle, Barkley and the the Big Cat are going to shine and da Yung Joka is going to be the biggest star in all of Jerry World!
Let’s F’ing Go Giants!
Game of the week! Must win division dog fight! On the road, with no chance according to Troy Aikman. Yeah…right where we want to be. Let’s go Giants! Can’t wait!
be realistic, Dallas is ahead of its roster construction and development. The offense is lead by a top ten QB and a highly confident opportunistic defense. While we are still searching for our defensive identity. I think this game will be a tale of two teams. One reaching heading towards its ceiling and one still rising from the floor.
Going out and being competitive would be a good sign even absence a win. Dallas is simply a better team at this point. A win would be awesome but if that’s your criteria for success, odds are you’ll be disappointed.
I’ll do that after we get blown out by Rams with McVay on 10 days.
Anything can happen on any given Sunday but I like our chances better today than next week. AT is playing, so I like our chances as long as he looks like he has.
My biggest worry is we sit in two high and just let their run game and tight ends beat us. Get aggressive and hopefully beat the Cowboys in turnover battle because we ain’t winning without doing that.

That defense still stinks and if Quin is insistent on playing lots of man like he has, we’ll definitely be in it.
RE: A close loss today I don’t think the final nail in coffin is set

Agree. I’m very interested in seeing Graham’s philosophy and gameplan today.
Judge needs to take that optimism and momentum from last week and let the guys get loose and hit Cowboys hard early.

Judge almost always wants to come out conservatively in first half and let the other teams beat themselves. Wouldn’t be surprised to see us come out in lots of two high and under center to start. I just don’t get it though, or edge suck too much to get holding penalties, we can’t stop the run anymore in light boxes, and we can’t cover tight ends worth a shit in the redzone. Offensively I could see why coming out under center would at least make sense in this one, but if it doesn’t work we should just scrap that shit for the year.
Or the Giants realistic chances to win division are all but over. 1-4 and 0-2 in the division with Dallas at 4-1 is a very tough situation especially with the Rams up next and the likely 1-5.
Defense will be the difference this week. If they can play well in the redzone and get off the field on third down then we have a good chance.
and I don't agree with the roster construction idea. On "paper", we have more talent on defense than they do. If they would play up to their talent level, this game would be more even.
The major difference between the two teams, is the OL and QB. Their OL is recognized, as one of the best in the league. Dak is thought of as one of the top several QB's in the league.
They work together well, as Dak could have a cup of coffee before throwing the ball on most plays.
HOWEVER, the Giants have as much skill elsewhere on offense to more than match Dallas.
The Cowboys are effective on defense by playing "games" on the defensive front to get pressure to force turnovers.
We will see if Sale's coaching can make our OL effective in this game. Keep Jones clean, and they will score points.
Graham needs a better plan against Dallas' offense. Soft zone won't cut it, and you can bet Dallas will go over the top after the Giants showed they were vulnerable to it.
are going to have a field day. The middle of our Defense is big problem
Yea especially without Martinez in the middle. I think we all know that Dallas' game plan will feature the tight ends exploiting Crowder and Ragland inside.
the rosters are much closer than people think though Sheppard being out today hurts.
Their OL is significantly better and they can play a style that helps the defense.
I think this is a game that coaching can even that out so a big day for Judge and staff.
Yeh they are a step above but saying outclassed is ridiculous. They have two names right now on defense and it’s thin. The turnover number is straight up hypnotizing people.

I think you are fooling yourself a little. This past win is jading your view. We are still pretty far behind. We have one solid addition to the oline, some nice WRs, weak at Tight end, inconsistent running attack. Worst pass rush in the NFL, under achieving high price secondary. And a QB that may or may not be taking his next step.
but I think we pull this off.
Today I hope we knock that stupid star off his helmet
And we smack that stupid sad face onto Jerry Jones's face.
I hope we hit them so hard that Aikman has to deal with overwhelming embarrassment the entire broadcast. I hope that Keyshawn Johnson has to go work tomorrow and walk through every hallway with his head down.
We are the ones that have our backs against the the wall and need to put the pedal to the metal on the first snap and never let up.
The playoffs start right now. We find a way to win today and everything changes. We win today, we are one game back of the great Cowboys. Thinking of Herb Brooks, I am tired of hearing of how great the Cowboys are, today is Our day, today is a New York Giants Day.
Today is not the day to care about Dak's triumphs. I hope that Judge and Garret realize that our current team is one that should attack fast and early today. Get a lead and see how the Cowboys play from behind. I don't care if the league thinks we are shit, it all changes if we go out there hit them in the face. Hit them so hard that their mother's feel it.
Win today and the Cowboys world implodes. Win today and we see headlines like "Is McCarthy the right coach?"
We have seen this story before, in the words of Strahan "Believe it, and it will happen"
But (for whatever reason) am PUMPED for this game!!!
I guess it was all the toys that came out to play last week and now POOF here come the Cowboys and this is the game that vaults us INTO contention - GO BIG BLUE!!!!
Now I understand that the Cowboys are legit (they are like it or not) and 10 minutes into the game I'll prolly be switching to whiskey....
But for NOW - I am psyched to watch a Giants game for the first time since Eli was under center. #LFGG!!!

I think Giants play hard but fall short and I think we go back in tank next 6 weeks where it could be real ugly.

There are no moral victories when you are 1-3. You have to win

It all depends on how we decide to play it. Dallas does a great job of taking what the defense gives because they are so well rounded.
Their OL is significantly better and they can play a style that helps the defense.
