Giants rookie WR Kadarius Toney appeared to hurt his foot/ankle in the game and Joe Judge said he saw a doctor today. "I don't think it's anything significant, in terms of season-ending," Judge said. But it does sound like his status is in doubt for this week.

Pretty sure I already saw in another thread that there will be no suspension.
The quote is "I don't think it's anything significant, in terms of season-ending."
That is a weird quote, as it can be significant without being season-ending.
@RapSheet
#Giants WR Kadarius Toney will be evaluated for a likely fine but no suspension after he was ejected for throwing a punch at #Cowboys S Damontae Kazee. At the end of a monster game, Toney was tossed.
I think he had it taped the whole game.
I think he had it taped the whole game.
He did indeed have it taped in that red tape prior to the injury and coming out. Don't think I saw anything additional once he came back in.

and that he will probably be limited during the week..

I take that as a multi game absence?
When it rains it pours.
Toney just said he is good..but who knows

The ankle was taped before that. That is how I could tell who caught the ball. That tape was bright. It did not seem to slow him at all.

on a sideline pass. He played afterwards and still had some very good plays but it was probably adrenaline masking the soreness building. Remember Andrew Thomas finished game last week and looked fine too but then he couldn't go a week later.

Understood. Just saying this may have been the play that caused the issue that is being examined today or contributed to it.
Hopefully he is good to go as Giants are running out of warm bodies on offense.
Forfeit! Blame it on covid!
Shit...just unreal. Hard to keep a stiff upper lip!
Wow. Sunday bloody sunday.

So not sure.....but a suspension is likely.

Was the thread started by someone in the league office?
That's better.

Ian Rapoport tweeted that he would be ‘evaluated for likely a fine but no suspension…’ What the Giants do with him internally remains to be seen.

Without knowing the context, that’s certainly how it reads to me. But nothing else seems to support that. Seems a weird way to phrase it if a player is just going to be questionable and miss a practice or two

Thomas, Jones, Toney, anyone else dinged. Make this like a preseason game. I know it’s at home but we don’t usually win at home anyhow.

At this point I’d take it
