Cards lose Starting TE for season. Engram trade spot?

Just get Engram out of here. It’s embarrassing at this point and that’s with a good performance last Sunday. I don’t know just don’t get why he’s still here.

I would consider a fourth, but unless shepard and slayton are back, no deal. Jones needs something to work with.

I do think we need to look at getting some picks to flush this roster with some young talent on D.

On a prorated basis, they can absorb Engrams remaining hit more or less.

I'd sooner let him walk as a FA at the end of the year. Someone will overpay and we'll end up with a 2023 3rd.

First off, Golladay is a China doll, so I’m not counting on much from him. Slayton is one as well. John Ross is known to be out more than to be available.

So don’t trade anyone who can be useful. If you trade Engram and Shepard, and Golladay is out, who do we have to catch the ball?

Ross…..probably on the IR
Rudolph…..old and slow
#15 Johnson…..decent

So again, all we have is one star and a bunch of JAGS.

I will take the player to be named later in the 5th round.

To Arizona would be a good move for everyone involved IMO. I’d do it for a 5th

trading some of these players on offense (Shepard, Engram, etc.). Even if we write off the season as a whole, we still need a proper evaluation of Jones and we need to field an actual NFL roster (or close to it) to do that.

Any mid to late draft picks we get for these players won't be as valuable as the information we can collect on how Jones performs with NFL(ish) talent around him.

I'd take that in return for Engram in a heartbeat.

Came down from Mara. Not sure how Engram made pro bowl last year he is like the 5th best Te in the division last year. Think everyone here would take Ertz Goddard Schultz and Logan Thomas over him.
