With potential for D.Jones to be out this week, I have a decision to make on who to use in my SuperFlex spot.
12 Team .5PPR SuperFlex with 4pt TD passes
QB: P.Mahomes
RB: J.Taylor, D.Williams
WR: C.Kupp, K.Allen
TE: R.Seals-Jones
Flex: M.Gaskin
SuperFlex: D.Jones(?)
Bench: M.Glennon, K.Toney, D.Smith, K.Herbert, J.McKinnon
Out: S.Barkley, D.Goedert, R.Bateman
Do I go with Glennon since QBs have better chance to score higher on average, or do I stay away because of him playing against the Rams with limited weapons?
The only other QB left in FA is D.Mills, who is playing against the Colts, but is he a better option than Glennon?
Or do I go with Smith against the weak Buccs secondary? Or even Toney since he will definitely be targeted a ton but will most likely face J.Ramsey?
Glennon would need 1 TD and 200 yards to surpass that or no TDs but 275 yards.
Toney and Glennon are obviously linked.
I think I'd go with Smith, but I don't feel strongly about it nor do I think if you have a gut instinct to start someone else I'd argue.
I tried to trade Diontae Johnson and Saquon for him and the guy didn't budge...
Gaskin does have a nice matchup against the Texans, but he's also had a game where he scored less than a point.
Brady at Eagles
Choose 1
Antonio Gibson
Ka Darius Toney
Darren Waller

Based on the matchup for the QBs, I would go with Stafford since the Giants can't stop anyone.
TEs have been terrible in terms of fantasy football this season, especially regarding consistency, so Waller isn't necessarily a lock to get you a ton of points. Having said that Toney may have issues if Jones doesn't play. And Gibson may be phased out if the WFT fall behind and they resort to throwing more, which will bring in McKissic.
With all that being said, if it's for a FLEX position, I would still go with Gibson. If it was for strictly TE position, it would be Waller over the other two in their respective positions.
Leaning to Smith because assume Rams will be giving Toney basically all the attention. He may get catches but not a lot of yards.
Thoughts?

tough one. A real toss up. I probably lean Smith because TB secondary is not good. But TNF stats are sometimes suppressed. Go with your gut.

The other guy did you a favor. That would be a pretty significant overpay for Toney.

versus Tampa tonight or Toney versus Rams on Sunday.

You know it is a really tough one, because it brings in some bias which is not good obviously for FF.
My head/gut is leaning to Smith but if Toney kills it on Sunday, and I really want him to too, then I am going to somewhat pissed for short-changing myself.
I also have Damien Williams and Gaskin

How you would consider not starting Toney ..

Well.. its also a keeper league where you can keep up to 3 guys for a 1 round premium to where they were selected originally + cash for up to 4 years...
I actually drafted Toney...13th round... but then dropped him due to some injuries.
So the guy who has him now can keep him next year for a 12th round pick and $20. Then keep him the next year for 11th round, etc...
So if he is the next prime Antonio Brown, OBJ level superstar that we hope he is, he's a tremendous asset.
Think Jones will be good by then? Josh Allen's bye. I prefer to use Daniel Jones since my RB is Mixon already (a Bengal)

That seems like an important bit of context that you left out of your original post haha.
A. Robinson
O. Beckham
S. Shepard
H. Renfrow
any ideas? I currently have Lockett and Renfrow but I am not happy with any two of these, honestly.
Also the team that lost Wilson has shit at QB. I doubt he accepts but offered him Burrow and Melvin Gordon for Gibson.

Seconded. When did Toney emerge even as a viable weekly starter let alone FF stud? He's had one good game. And now he's possibly going to facing all the double teams and his QB is concussed. Toney is a FF 4th WR at this point. Great future and maybe even a great present, but we need to see a lot more first.
