The Giants have been a doormat for several years, but we're not supposed to "shit" on them?
From a macro standpoint it's the influx of smart young play callers/OCs who have figured out how to maximize the spread offenses from college into NFL schemes and the rules which keep changing to help them. Almost every intimidating downfield passing game big hit is called a penalty now.
