I've been following 18E as he preps and goes to Giants games for a long time. It's an incredible event he puts on for every game whether home or away and he's at it with zest. I admire a guy who can express his staunch fanhood in such a visible and steady way. Rain or Shine, Win or Lose - 18E is out there carrying the torch! Kudos to you Brother.
Here's to all Giants Fans like 18E who Bleed Blue Through and Through!
Go Giants!
Frenchie is still doing it with enthusiasm. He prepared for the game all week. He has a "to beat the enemy you must eat the enemy theme for every game." He prepared and marinate steaks for today's game. He's already out there at the lot. He arrived at 8am and unpacked a huge battle station. He uses his own resources to to do it. He brings out his entourage. This guys has Indomable Giants Spirit.
I used to look to Hope as the Beacon. She's in Heaven now. Frenchie is my new Hope!
That said, I do believe this team has talent, and even if there are wholesale changes after the season, I think they're poised for a resurgence at some point. The one thing I can't figure out is why the defense has been so inconsistent. I don't understand it but I hope every day they figure it out...
Once a Giant fan always a Giants fan !!!
Go Giants
Kudos to 18E and Go Giants!!
Guess what - the Knicks are relevant again, and fun to watch. Why not the Giants? I’m in it for the long haul.
We won 4 super bowls in our life times, let's have some perspective here. Some of the top teams we cream about today in the NFL were perennial losers who finally have turned the corner after decades of mediocrity. We are just going to have to endure this until our time comes around again. Look for the positives were you can and be patient with the rest. There are teams (Bills, Cleveland) still looking for their FIRST championship.

There is no joy with out pain. Times are tough but this is a proud franchise. 4 fucking Super Bowls.
We’re not as far off as the majority thinks.
Let’s go!
My Giants flag is flying like it’s been every gameday since I bought my house 15 years ago. LFG
I am with Vinny, except a few less years for me.
Win, lose or blow outs. Go Giants!
+1. Very well said. It all started for me in ‘Late December back in ‘63’ .
Goooooooooooooooo Giii -ants!

One of the most puzzling things about this site, are fans who take the time to come here to tell us they don’t care anymore.
I don’t judge them, but I d be lying if I didn’t say,” I can’t relate to it. “
Being a fan is about the thrill of victory and agony of defeat (hahaha) , it s fun, it s exciting, it s disappointing it s frustrating.
It s a big part of our families sport s entertainment, been a family tradition for over 60 years, love it.
Not saying those who lose interest during the losing are “front runners” but certainly they lack the same passion those of us who who stay the course during the losing do.

I still watch every game. When you bleed Blue and love a team, it hurts but you still have that love.

Oh, what a night
Late December, back in '63
What a very special time for me
As I remember, what a night

Also like Brokeback: they keep F ing us in the A…
Eh, people said that about the Saints game too.
Root for progress, seeing some today.
5:45 -- what are you doing -- bresking the gates down?

I think opposite. When I was growign up watchign football I can recall chants of
"!5 years of lousy Football, we've had enough!"
And the chants of
"We want Madden!"
I look up to that. I felt for a few years that overall too many don't.
t care as much if they lose but instead just want to cheer.
That's not a football fan I admire. It's not a sports fan I admire.
And I think those type of fans give guys like Mara and the Knicks owner, Dolan, a sense that what they are doing is okay.
What was Mara's most recent comment? That he thinks fans will START to lose faith/credibility in the team? And we're supposed to cheer that type of incompetence? Nah.
The complaining on here or nay site is harmless anyway. But it deserves to continue.
So now I follow along and try to be optimistic in the off-season but as soon as the season begins to turn sour my interest in the team fades fast. My interest in the NFL in general is very low ever since I stopped playing fantasy football over a decade ago.
Today, the game wasn’t on in my area so I decided to go to few stores. I returned just before half time, checked the score and was relieved that I made the best choice today.
