It is an inexact science. The line between hard hits and concussions is a little arbitrary. The Dx can be subjective. Concussions are something the NFL can point to so that they can say they are doing something. There is a ton of damage from regular hits.
Jones just isn't right today. Having BBIers speculate it may have something to do with getting knocked out a week ago isn't outrageous.
