Those that want it blown up have to understand they did that already. They changed the roster, they changed coaching staff, they changed gm. The only thing consistent is ownership. I am with everyone that thinks this is unacceptable but if we keep blowing it up with the same ownership do you think the results will be any different?
These guys dont want to win. They want yo save $$$ on the coaching staff. they deserve this.
I'd argue that the team made the wrong GM selection who in turn made the combo of wrong HC selection and bad player evaluations.
My issue with that this last "blow up" is that the GM choose to ride with Shurm for a year. This needs to be a clean blow up. GM and coaching staff.
Addressing the OP's point direct, They've won 4 SBs and 4 pre-merger championships. Can they win under Mara Management? the answer is , statistically, yes. The NY Giants since their inception avg an NFL championships once every 12.5 yrs, more or less. John Mara is par for the course. Overall it's one of the top records in the NFL. Mara Learns. Slowly. I bet he's even figured out video clips of him kicking shit isn't gonna cut it anymore. He'll change. Too slowly for anyone's tastes, but he will. I doubt they sell. I don't see Chris Mara in his current position in 24 months.Or the same scouting organization.
You assess and build on what you have, notm throw a temper tantrum every 234 months, unless you're the Browns or the Jets.
Link below and quote shows that this supposed rebuild under DG was really "blown up."
This time really blow it up and with a new GM.

"I thought we could do both at the same time and I was wrong,” Gettleman admitted on ESPN Radio, via Art Stapleton.

I meant to say the rebuild was actually NOT blown up.
The OP is wrong.
