NFT: Neighbor Lady Keeps Giving Me Her Eggs

and I have no idea what to do with them. I want to eat them. But all I am able to do is the egg basics. Scramble. Hard boil. Whatever else Denny's does.

She gives me about a dozen eggs every three days or so and holy shit I love eggs but I am not a six eggs a day kind of guy.

Any good egg recipes you have? Even pickled eggs would do. I am a decent cook but if you hand me 36 eggs a week I eventually have a hand full of eggs and a brain with no more ideas.

Even a good egg salad recipe would be ok.

She is super hott too and I gladly accept her eggs with a smile on my face every morning while deep inside I grimace and think "Just because you are absolutely gorgeous doesn't mean you can thrust your unwanted surplus eggs on me" but I let it happen and I thought having a beautiful new neighbor would be delightfully distracting and make me spend more time outside waiting for eggs but now I have to spend my time inside finding out ways to eat all these god damn friggen eggs.

I could say "no thanks, I still have the last four dozen you gave me last week" but I found myself unable to say no to her.

Her tiny little dogs are annoying as fuck though and she thinks I want to pet them and I do so I don't appear to be some egg hoarding dog hating asshole neighbor and I LOVE when her chickens wander into my yard so I can feed them my stale Cheerios.

But yeah what do I do with these eggs?

I dunno.
