He is playing like shit, Fournier has been playing awesome, id rather feed Fournier than Rj right now
RJ has so much more potential than both of those guys.
You rather see Burks get 25 minutes than RJ getting 35?
Why doesn't RJ earn his playing time?
It's not an unreasonable ask. This is how teams have done it since the beginning of time. Burks and Fpurnier have been playing great and given no reason to lose time.

RJ has more potential but personally I'm looking to make sure we win the game(s)-- RJ will progress in time I'm not worried about feeding him more minutes when he's struggling. I agree with nygiants whoever's playing better should get the minutes, let's win games we're not in full-on rebuild mode anymore.
and with good reason. I mean our fans did pretty much take over their arena and then mock them as they got beat by like 30.
The Magic right now on defense are looking like the Knicks last year-- super active hands at all times and just stripping people every chance they get.
at least it will be a wake up call that we have a ton of work to do. And who knows, it would be a massive embarrassment to lose to the Magic and might motivate them to beat the Sixers.
when I saw we play the Magic back to back. Kind of wish that wasn't the case.
Clyde's right I think this is the let down game after the big double OT opening night win and then a trip to Orlando and back-- these guys are tired and the Magic just have young/fresh legs.
But this wouldn't be the case right now if we just hadn't let them stick around all game until the 4th quarter.
Fournier sitting so Burks can miss shots is horrible
I'm focusing on the fact the Knicks are only 28% from 3 tonight... but the Magic are also shooting 28% from 3. Soooo ... wtf?
This really was just a flat-out trap game /let-down game. They all just looked lackadaisical, careless with the ball, not engaged. Magic came to play and took advantage of opportunities when they had them.

Knicks took a lot more of them and shot like shit from 2 as well..
but it sucks because it seemed like the Kbicks got up 13 and were like ok we are going to cruise and then just let Orlando hang around and the Knicks couldnt find the next gear..

This. How they respond the next couple games will tell us a lot.

Yep shitty loss to a shit team. Oh well there's 82 of these over 6 months. It's bound to happen. Better in October than April. Put this one in the rear view mirror as quick as possible.

Yup the Knicks are probably a 50-54 win team which means they’ll lose 28-32 games - some to bad teams.

Knicks have recently promoted Senegalese Mahktar Vincent N’Diaye from a roving scout to Director of International & Pro Scouting. The former Wasserman Group agent joined the Knicks organization in 2017. He’s also the general manager of the Senegal basketball team.

Ugly coaching. Ugly play. Bad night for the Knicks. Hope they bounce back.
Missed shots don't turn into assists.

first 2 games I think he had 9 and 7 respectively. Really did seem like he was playing more hero ball tonight than he was last 2 games.

As for Tuesday, Sixers have no point guard, they are a 1 on 1 tram right now with Harris and Embiid..
Lets see how much that Weight gain helps Mitch, the Sixers are physical on the boards..
Should be a good test, Knicks played them tough last year but couldnt pull out a win
Yup. As long as they keep taking them at the volume they are they’ll be fine.
Or Kemba. I would’ve liked to see Kemba on the floor with Rose last night.
