My Opinion only on some of the notable free agent signings:
Kenny Golladay: C- (availability is important)
Adoree' Jackson: C (at least he has been healthy)
Ryan Anderson: Gone
Mike Glennon: C
Zach Fulton: Gone
Kyle Rudolph: D (borderline fraud)
Ifeadi Odenigbo: Gone
John Ross: C+ (availability coming of IR, but his contributions have been noted)
Devontae Booker: C (I hate this signing on so many levels)
Austin Johnson: B (might be the jewel in the rough)
Reggie Ragland: C+ (good run stopper)
Joe Looney: Gone
Danny Shelton: F (For Fraud)
I guess they figured it out.
3,4,6 to be seen
trades with Bears and Dolphins worked out.
DG drafts have not been bad. The free agent signings starting with Jonathan Stewart and Omamah have beet his downfall
I would give Ross a higher grade, though. To me, that looks like the sort of smart opportunistic signings we should be doing instead of overpaying people like Adoree’ massively.
2--- Kyle Rudulph is an F.WHo wouldn't look to replace hsi salary now with just a much cheaper TE? He doesn't give you anything, does he?
3-- Ragland gets a D. He is not a good run stopper. Not one bit. He's below average and gives nothing else.
No way.
A C about right. He adds very little. He's an average player. Because he is average, doesn't do anything especially well, but doesn't suck he gets a B?
Booker has 3.2 yards per carry and 73 receiving yards and that is with Barkley out for a couple of games. He's being paid 2.5 million a year. Thos are numbers you can easily replace by a vet minimum player. If anything that signing deserves a worse grade.

Not going to argue an adjustment downward that is for sure. Thought Jackson has been improving the further he has gotten from his ankle injury.

1--- Jackson is D or F considering what they are paying him. SO they are paying him all this money/ blowing our cap and the best that you can say about him is that he isn't hurt?

Up until this week he has sucked, hasn't he?
Booker is a RB who can impact the game running the ball, catching the ball and pass blocking. The problem with Booker is that he is a below average runner and pass catcher. Its weird to go after a player like this on the first day of FA and it is even a little more strange to go all-in on a low upside back up like this by not drafting another RB (they are basically using Brightwell for specials only), but the signing seems fine.
I guess they figured it out.
Or his attributes are harder to use when the QB doesn't have much time to get a clean pocket and the ball down the field.

but I think you have allowed that to cloud your grade. Booker's been pretty good. He is who he is, he's not a game breaker, but he'll get tough yards, he can pass protect and catch passes. I'd give him a B.

Barkley is averaging 3.6...
