Anyone have waivers last night? Some very interesting moves in my league.
1. The highest bid of the week? The Cleveland Browns D with a bid of $15. Lmfao.
2. AJ Dillon was dropped. I'm putting in for him.
3. Allen Robinson was dropped. I want to put in a bid but I don't think he has reached double digits in any game this year.
4. Perine went for $7.
5. I got Bolden for $4.
6. I took a chance on Watson because it sounds like the NFL is dragging their feet on this. I could be wrong but I feel like when AP hit his kid with a switch he was put on the exemption list immediately. There were other players that were put on the exemption list before anything was close to being complete. Maybe because there are no criminal charges filed against Watson they are on a wait and see approach but we saw the NFL respond fairly quickly with the Elliott and Hunt situations. Maybe that is because there were videos. But this has been going on for a LONG time. Either way, I don't expect him to play and I'll probably drop him in a few days or beginning of next week.
My team is set other than a dependable RB2 but that can potentially solve itself for however long Hunt is out for as I imagine Dernest Johnson will give Chubb plenty of breathers to last the season.
I have Barkely and Montgomery out. I've been piecing my RB position together with Stevenson, Bell, and Gainwell.
I lucked out last week. I had a 1 game lead in the division and I was playing the 2nd place team. My opponent had Sanders and I was forced to start Gainwell when Stevenson was inactive. I'm now 6-1 and have a 2 game lead on the rest of the league.
Standard 12 team league with 2 FLEX
QB - Mahomes, Burrow
WR - Kupp, Jefferson, Jeudy, Waddle, Landry, Toney
RB - Henry, Gordon, Davis, Wilson Jr, Dernest Johnson
TE - Gesicki
K and Def I stream at this point, right now Bullock and Cincy
I am going to get destroyed either way...
My team is doing pretty well (5-2 and tied for 1st place) with deep running back group strategy. This pays off very nicely each year with juggling who starts based on matchups, injuries, etc.
Also getting really nice numbers each week from combination of JaMarr Chase, Mike Williams and Dalton Shultz, the latter two who I picked up very late in draft. Hope that continues.

Probably Bolden. That Philly backfield is a mess especially if Jordan Howard plays this week.
after this week they are going to be 2 of the top D's in back to back weeks. Indy plays Jets/Jax and Pitt plays Chi/Det.
I had Indy the last couple weeks and am keeping both for at least these 3 weeks because I don't want someone in my league to get either of them until after that stretch. Not sure which one I'll ride long term but does have a game remaining against Houston too in week 13. Unfortunately neither has a great playoff schedule but I'll worry about that when i get there.
I rolled the dice on Watson last week on the day the miami rumors first surfaced but ended up dropping him (for pitt d actually) because it sounds like there are just too many obstacles to a deal now. And Tua happens to be playing well.

think i'd go scott. Bolden had a good game when his team scored 50 and had 76 offensive plays. Scott got the most touches after Sanders went down, scored a td, and Gainwell fumbled. So he seems likely to get 10-15 touches and as we've seen first hand he can occasionally pop a big play. plus they are playing detroit so game script should be in favor of philly running.
NE on the road vs. LAC could be playing from behind all game (which I guess maybe favors Bolden if he's exclusively the passing back - but the Pats are the Pats and he was still 3rd in RB touches vs. NYJ). I just don't think a game where they had 76 plays is a good reflection of a normal game script.
Between drafting him, losing Kareem Hunt and talking myself into thinking Mike Davis would be worth an earlyish pick, I've had a baad season so far.
Here is my team that is somehow 5 - 2:
QB: Hurts, Cousins, Jones (just added)
RB: Kamara, Taylor
WR: Kupp, D. Smith, Waddle, Claypool Shenault, Toney
TE: Gesicki, Hockenson
His team:
QB: Lamar (bye)
RB: Zeke, Chubb, D. Johnson (CLE), Drake (bye), Pollard, Freeman (bye)
WR: Evans, Jefferson, Lockett, Ruggs (bye), Davis
TE: Andrews (bye)
What is fair to ask for in return for Cousins? I got him off waivers a couple weeks ago. We can trade draft picks too. so I can just trade him Cousins for a 5th or 6th round pick or something like that.
Should I try and get a RB like Drake just to give me a tiny bit of depth?
Should I expand it to include one of my TE's because he has no TE right now either.
