Watched Utah-Oregon and Lloyd just jumped off the screen. A true swiss army knife. Sideline to sideline tackling from ILB, good pressure and moves from ER. Fast and twitchy both. Listed 6'3" 235 but looked leaner than that. Has played for four years and is rated in top ten for draft by some. Would look good in blue.
He may be the best defensive player in this draft.

Don't think he's the best defensive player in the draft, but he looks like the best true LB.
I like Nakobe Dean from Georgia about as much although Lloyd is a tad bigger.
Brandon Smith from Penn State should also be factored in.
GBN currently rates Dean 26, Lloyd 30, and Brandon Smith @ 42
I know some will lobby for Christian Harris from Alabama who GBN rates at #23 but he just does not float my boat.

I watched the entire Utah game vs Orgeon and I caught a lot of their game against Arizona State. Lloyd is tremendous. Always looks like he's playing downhill and shot out of a canon. Can really find the ball...

His physical skill + his production is very appealing. Guy is a wrecking ball.
But if you are into BPA, this guy is a three down defensive player who can run disrupt the passing and running game. And sideline to sideline.
Those two guys were difference makers on their respective D
Getting a talented three-down ILB would make such a difference in our D.
Yeah we need ERs too and OL and pretty much everything but a talented ILB should be right up there
