Why would Russell Wilson want to take in that kind of downgrade though?
This team doesn’t have the cap space right now for Wilson, but what makes you think Wilson would be any better then Jones in this offense. His own team in Seattle has only won 3 games.

He already indicated that he’s a young coach that will need time and so I don’t see a 3rd coach getting canned after two years. GM I think goes and Garrett most likely. But I do believe there are two dozen NFL QBs who would have stepped into the clean part of the pocket and not thrown the ball directly to a defender.
It’s kinda hard to play quarterback when 3/5ths of your starting offensive line shouldn’t even be in the league.
When your opponent can get pressure with 4 rushers, you cannot scheme around that.
