I don't know why, but I'm guessing they win this week and win the last two games against the Bears and WFT. If the Giants don't win this week at home against the Green Slime, then anything is on the table---including going winless. If they have any pride, they'll win this week, especially after Judge's tough talk after the Eagles tanked to end the season.
5-12, but that's gambling on splitting the Eagles games and getting a toss up gimme against Bears or Dolphins. Neither of those two games will be easy if Dalton plays QB and if Tua continues to stay healthy and get better (which he has last two weeks).
I know it’s the morning after but we have been here a bunch of times saying we would spiral and they seem to bounce back after these embarrassments better than we think they would.
All I know is they will win enough meaningless games at the end of the year to f*ck up draft positioning and also give Mara enough latitude to bring back Joe Judge because he saw late in the season "progress".
Then we will be having the same argument next year when the giants are again 3-7.
Never has a win in a prior year when the team is ass has brought over "momentum" to the following year.
They looked lethargic first 3-4 games, but they are coming on strong and outside of Chase Young's injury, are getting healthy and maybe it's actually forced them to run a better defensive scheme up front than trying to force opps off of Young's double teams and edge pressure approach.
They play super hard for Rivera. I think Giants will have tough time beating them.
If they can figure out how to contain Hurtz maybe they get a victory
from the eagles. But honestly, they did such a poor job coaching last night I don't know if they can figure out how to put together a victory without the help of the opponent. By that I mean the other team taking bad penalties, making bad plays and turning the ball over. I don't think our staff can out coach ANY of the remaining coaching staffs.
Seriously what does it matter at this point? THey showed you they cannot compete. When good teams show up to play they get blown out. Saints are not that good. Raiders are not that good.
If the Giants were playing Chicago or WFT next week, they might be able to squeek out a win and give some hope that they can possibly win 3 or 4 more this year.
But they're playing Philly next week and the Eagles have won 2 straight and 3 of 4 while averaging 34.5 pts per game.
Then the Giants go to Miami where the Dolphins have won 3 in a row.
Once the Giants conclude the Dallas game they will likely be 3-11 and will have to play the Eagles in Philly, with the Eagles in a playoff hunt.
Thus the only winable games will be Chicago and WFT.
as I think he's in real danger of losing the locker room. I'm going to guess that Golladay has already checked out, and other vets may be looking to avoid injury rather than play hard in another lost season.
If Judge can keep them focused, maybe 2-3 wins. If not, 1 win would be a stretch.

Who gives a shit about Judge and his tests? Yeah his roster sucks but given the opportunity to win some close games he blows it. That Washington game was so winnable and he blew it.
Not giving an attitude to you, to Judge and whatever worthless mess is going on in his head, yes. He's just an irrelevant name of many.

I think the answer is likely 4-3 or 3-4.
I seriously have no idea how anybody could have watched this team in the first half and concluded they could go 6-2. It's beyond homerism and optimism - it's delusional.
Do you watch the rest of the league? Or only the Giants?
i'm usually an irrational optimist but I just don't see it
Are playing better than they are right now. Even the Bears.
Sure, "any given Sunday" might still apply, but I don't know why anyone thinks that the Giants can win more than one more game with this group of players and coaches.
The other teams can score - so not much hope
Need these guys:
Thibadeux (Pipe dream)
Neal
Hutchinson (he has proven me wrong this year)
Cross
Leal

Please don't pay attention to the fifth straight double digit loss season.
any fan of the giants needs to root for the most embarrassing 0-7 game stretch possible. Purge the entire organization.

Exactly. The Giants had the number two pick and took a RB LOL behind a garbage offensive line and they don't even trade him.
Even worse they took Daniel Jones with #6 overall the following year.
High draft picks don't mean a thing here. All they do is just lose more.
yeah hopefully the new GM knows what he's doing.

i think we win 2 games max. but more likely just 1. i don't see us beating WFT to end the season.
X2. Hopefully it brings wholesale changes.
