Per over the cap, he hits us with 21M next year
Stating the obvious, that he isn't worth that, I am sure we will need to restructure again
But what has happened for his HUGE drop off.
Eat too much this summer? weight gain? Lack of sleep?
I am not sure if we played more man to man last year or zone but his drop off is so painful to watch this year as he is getting abused.
I know the lack of pass rush impacts any CB play but teams have singled him out and fried and fileted him
$21M- just wow for that type of play.
I'm inclined to give him one more year (or restructure+extend to lessen the load over two years), and see how he does with a (hopefully) upgraded pass rush.
and is now simply making a series of business decisions until he retires.
That could explain several Giants players right now.

No more restructures. Play out contract and move on. Bradberry has not had a good year, but they have far bigger problems.
There are a lot of guys making a lot of money that are just not worth it.
The mirage of just missing the playoffs last year, in a year where the division was historically terrible, lured Mara and DG and Judge into thinking they have something here that they clearly do not.
That is crazy ....
That’s the downside of emphasizing DBs in your cap structure and roster management. This has made me appreciate Accorsi’s big man theory more and more.
Last night is a perfect example....he has covered Evans for 5 years...press man....and Evans has had minimum success.
Last night...as every game this year...off man(soft) coverage.
The Giants top 3 corners are press man
Very confusing
