Is laughing at all these owners and GMs who take his advice and hire his horrible staff? Sitting there, I can’t believe the Mara’s believes me when I said Judge was good
Yeah, I'm sure Bill is insincere and just screwing with other teams. He has time to scheme this up on Saturday afternoons while sucking suds in the sun....
... but I think someone here once posted: it's possible the things that make you a successful assistant for Belichick prevent you from being a good head coach.
or about his coaching tree. The fact is , more fans than not were pleased with the hire at the time (at least after the press conference). Right now, it is looking like a huge mistake.
However, I wouldn't let this sway me from taking another chance given most prior HCs were failed HCs and most coordinators are still a question mark as a HC. Regardless, I think Judge must go, Graham must go. The rest of the staff must go. Gettleman must go.

This. Head coaching is way different than being an assistant or coordinator.
As Head Coaches. Brain dead why. He holds no allegiance to the Giants, they did pass him over for Ray Handley. They beat him twice in the Super Bowl. What head coach wouldn’t want to litter the league with unqualified coaches. What is his career mark against coaches in their 1st two seasons(1 loss). Name an assistant on his staff that succeeded.

And it's not crazy to imagine that BB is such a micromanager that many of the things that assistants and coordinators oversee on any other coaching staff still have BB's fingerprints on them when it comes to the Pats.
It's what makes him great as a HC, but it also sucks the air out of the room when it comes to developing assistant coaches for HC opportunities, IMO.
not just coaches from the Belichick coaching tree.
25 of the 32 NFL ieams have a different HC than they had 5 years ago at this time.
Only Belichick, Sean Payton, Mike Tomlin, John Harbaugh. Pete Carroll Andy Reid and Mike Zimmer have been a HC with the same NFL team since 2016 or earlier.

So what we kicked his ass twice in the Superbowl,he's a stand up guy.
