Friday and Saturday are going to be leftovers, as I get ready for Sunday. I'll be hosting some friends for Sunday Night Football. Apps are homemade onion dip with chips, pork belly with kimchi and pickled cukes on homemade bao buns, and shrimp with an avocado dressing. Dinner is tacos with blackened fish or pork carnitas. I slow roasted a bone in butt yesterday and shredded and chopped it. I'll be sprinkling with salt and brown sugar and sticking it under the broiler to crisp it up. Making mango coleslaw, shredded lettuce with mayo, pico de gallo, lime aioli, and roasted ancho-tomato salsa as condiments. A side of elote, a corn with mayo dish. Dessert is a Mexican chololate pie. Anyone having anything besides turkey? :)

I now have this vision of the IKEA Deli handing out a plate with all the pre-portioned sandwich ingredients along with the assembly instructions.
And then finish up the Thanksgiving leftovers on Sunday...
