Go Section 4!
Did you go to Stanford?
That would make you the smartest one on this Board... by far! (:-)
Reason for the penalty: ineligible player.

Welp, this was my hardest call. I follow Pleasantville since they are Section One, and they won it all back in 2017, and they have an unbelievable all-purpose running back in Daniel Picart! Translation: they might beat M-E, but I'm picking against them.
Too funny! (:-)
M.S., you were spot on in your Carmel prediction, they've been on a romp through Sections and Regionals, and you're saying it will take them to NYS Champs.
Weird, how Somers and Rye met in the Semis, two such different schools/towns despite being less than 30 miles distant.
Go Panthers!
When Ken Dryden played at Cornell, under Ned Harkness, of course--a bit before your time, but he was legendary, Harkness was--he was called the Spider because he was so big, he obliterated the 6x4, in a harbinger of today's mammoth NHL goalies.
Quote:in that they had their record scrubbed with a game or two left. Didn’t matter since the numbers of teams were so small. They walked through sectionals.

M.S., same question for you that I asked last w/e, where/when are the Finals being played?

So, at end of the day, M-E would qualify for Sectionals/States with a 1-0 record? This is asterisk worthy. Ahh, now it makes sense why the Beezer knew this, just outside Binghamton.

I know for certain that AA, A are the Carrier Dome and assuming same for rest, but not quite sure.

Very unusual regarding Somers-Rye!
In regard to Carmel, I "think" Buffalo Bennett/Olmstead might be their toughest opponent all season... they are averaging an eye-popping 41 points a game. But I just don't see them prevailing over Carmel. Carmel can match their offense and I'm pretty sure Carmel is stingier on defense. Carmel's LOS play is a thing of beauty, both sides of the ball. They just impose their will.
Don't want to say it comes down to one player, but Pleasantville's Daniel Picart means everything to the team. If I'm Maine-Endwell, I would bird-dog him with two players all over the field. Pleasantville will go as far as Daniel Picart can take them!
Wildcat for sure. Also plays RB and can flank out as a WR. I also believe he returns punts.
Good buddy of mine lives in Pleasantville and is very close to the team!
Let's Go Pleasantville!
