Timing of firing Garrett works out especially well for Mara

Judge and Kitchens can’t install a new offense this late in the season. They will be using the same playbook, just calling different plays trying to be more aggressive.

I would love to see this offense suddenly become productive, but there is little chance of that happening other than every now and then (like it did in New Orleans earlier this year). This is the same team that lined up against Tampa last week, not the New York Giants 2.0.

the Giants are again short staffed on offense, no Rudolph, no shep, no Toney, no Smith, etc. they had a short work week against a hot eagles team. They are most likely going to get blown out today on a retirement dat and then everyone will conclude nothing changed (although it will take time to make changes effective—not that it really matters much).

is winning games.

If they don't turn things around today, it will be really ugly in the stadium today. And then the tin can will be a morgue till Dallas comes to town

Sounds like it not working out at all. Giant Insider and now Jason La Canfora both reporting that Judge wanted Garrett out LAST YEAR but was met with resistance! That can only come from one place. Mara. Not working it all. It looks bad!

admit you're more interested in seeing how things go today than you would have been with status quo.. I know I am.
