If anyone has lost faith in the Giants fans. At a point in time with the Giants coming off a horrible loss, 3-7, playing a team whose fans are close by. I can tell you that as someone who attends most home games, I was very proud of our fan base today. They were present, they were loud, they stayed till the end of the game. This was a good day to be a Giant fan.
One other observation. Despite the lack of points the offense and the play calling looked better from the perspective of being in the stands. Example being taking endzone shots to Golladay. I have not watched it on tv yet. But just my .02 cents.
I agree with you that today was a good day to be a Giants fan. You have to learn to crawl before you can walk. Judge is still trying to get this franchise where it needs to be but I think you can tell he’s working like hell to do so. So many here had today pegged as a blood bath at the hands of the Eagles with the team quitting and injuries piling up. It was just the opposite.
Aside from still being banged up at the skill positions, the biggest issue with this team remains the offensive line.
But the play calling looked better to me watching it on TV.
The Giants actually put Golladay in a position to make contested catches multiple times! *gasp*
This win was fun. I know a lot of BBI is choosing to be miserable, but this felt like a game we have lost a lot to the Eagles in the past.
Dallas fans show up no matter what their record is.
Also agree that from the stands it appeared we were moving the ball much better and taking more deep shots. I was distracted quite a but so take it with a grain of salt but at one point I turned to a friend and mentioned it looked like Jones was working the field much better than prior weeks, but again different perspective than watching it on TV.
Once upon a time it felt like all hell was going to break loose any second during these games.
Great job Giants fans and great job and career 92!!!

Isn’t it funny how different it is when both teams are good and fighting for something compared to what it is today? It was kind of like “we know we both suck, lets not waste our energy arguing over whose less sucky”
Shocking!
i also witnessed an eagles fan hold the bathroom door open for a giants fan in a motorized wheelchair. it was a bizarre experience at the stadium today.
Also, as popular as Strahan is ( he got a thunderous ovation), Coughlin got the loudest cheers by far. Great to see.
That said, I was fully expecting it to be way worse than it was.
Shocking!
What's the myth? The Eagles aren't that good.
I haven’t watched it on TV yet, and I can tell you it was way way less than the number of Raiders fans a couple of weeks ago. I’m just saying I was surprised at both the number of Giant fans and the sustained interest in the game. The noise level was way better than usual for a 3-7 team at this point in the season. I think the Strahan ceremony had an effect but as someone who attends most games it made me happy.
Only difference is they remained quiet most of the game since they were laying an egg.
The total number of Eagles fans in the whole stadium was probably 50 percent.

I'm not deleting this thread, and I do not think that's accurate. i'd say 15 to 20 percent Eagles and i'm going to stick to that.
Raiders game it was more like 50/50

50%
every time someone says this ... it's never 50%
the raiders game had no where near as many eagles as fans as yesterday.
am glad your section had fewer.
mine had plenty, but they were subdued.
good news is that we have a good shot of a decent giants home crowd at the next game if we can keep winning.

Just saw this post. Yeah. It doesn't seem like it's as personal as it used to be. I used to hate Dawkins, McNabb, Westbrook and even if you want to bring up other sports, I used to hate Eric Lindros, David Ortiz as well.
Seems as if people are more boring. Miss those days when tempers would flare up at games and fights would break out all over the place. I guess all of those people got banned from the stadium LOL. But being honest here I barely know anybody on the Eagles roster these days.

That place might actually be more than 50% Dallas fans.
But Giant fans certainly out numbered them and the stadium looked to be about 80% full...maybe a bit less.
