Wilson completed 20-of-31 passes with 247 yards and two touchdown. The Seahawks had five straight three-and-out possessions and went from the 4:30 mark of the second quarter until the 12:20 mark of the fourth quarter without gaining a single first down.
So is this the new type of Giants fan that loses their shit after one quarter of play? I do enjoy the entertainment though.
over Russ you need to get drug tested immediately. Take of the homer blinders for just a second. Don’t get mad at me that we took a pedestrian QB 6th overall and our blind loyal owner has hitched his wagons to him.

You have no reading comprehension skills at all, do you? Just keep pumping down the whiskey and you'll solve all your problems in short order.
rootin tootin whiskey drinking new era of fans. How can I sign up? I have several skills I think this group would value. For instance I make my own beef jerky, I post hostile signage around my property, I don't support charity because that shit is for the weak, I make my children compete in feats of strength before dinner, and while I don't drink whisky I've been known to enjoy a craft root beer on occasion.

Wilson has a cap hit of 32 million this year, and then 37 and 40 million the next 2 years! Where the hell is that money coming? You think the government will kick it in like it does for you to live in your mom's basement? Doesn't work that little fella.
Put me down in the camp of those who don't want to trade for Wilson. That doesn't mean I am happy with Jones, nor does it mean I think Wilson is no better than Jones. It means we are not a contending team that is a QB away from REALLY contending. As such, I see no good in dealing multiple high picks and making our cap situation worse for a QB who is starting starting to slow down and who hasn't looked good since returning from a hand injury. Why is this a difficult concept?
Also, why would I want to trade for a QB BEFORE fixing the OL? We have multiple 1st round picks in a year heavy on OL and pass rush, our 2 most glaring needs. Spend our too 3 picks on those and see how both sides of the ball fare. If the OL actually improves, it is up to Jones to earn his 2nd contract here. The only alternative I see is a FA to come in and compete and if they win the job, it's almost certainly as a stop gap
blows my fucking mind that y’all don’t want Russ and would rather settle with mediocrity. Absolutely mind boggling. To each their own, you must be the boxed wine and cheese crowd who sit on their hands at games. Well I’m here to inform you that a new era of fans are stepping in. Fans that don’t accept shitty football and drink whiskey.
Wow! That is some massive insecurity you are carrying there. Good luck working through that.
RE: Sure... Lets give away all those 1st rounds picks
It’s all the lines fault for Seattle. But in NY it’s always Jones fault. As bad as Seattle’s OL is, there is not an OL
On earth worse than ours.
Yes, people have blamed the poor offensive production solely on Jones. The argument has always been that the line, the running game, and the receivers are all really good, and only Jones is holding us back.
What is your obsession with Wilson?
Have you watched him play this year?
If you are objective it is apparent that Wilson is not the QB he was and his skills have significantly diminsihed.
Wilson would not be an upgrade for the Giants.
You can't ignore Wilson's negative impact on the team building.
Wilson's contract is only for two more years and is for $24,000,000 in 2022 and $27,000,000 in 2023. The CAP hit is onerous and to make matters worse the Giants would be forced to give Wilson a new contract at age 35. The Giants would not have the CAP space to bring in free agents and would have to release players to create CAP space.
The other consequential damage to the Giants in trading for Wilson are the assets that the Giants would have to give up to acquire him. Giving Seatle multiple high DPs would preclude the Giants from obtaing quality players in the draft.
Wilson is at his best when the team can run the ball and he can throw deep off play action.
Seattle and the Giants have no running game and their OLs are awful. with no prospects for improvement.
The end result would be that the Giants would be left with an aging QB and terrible team.
This is what the Giants did in the 1960s and 1970s.
OMG, now this idiot thinks he's contributing and or helping the site with his moronic statements. Maybe free sign up isn't such a good thing after all..

10/10
Amazing how under consistent pressure with no run game, QBs look very average.
For sure, pretty weird isn't it? lol
Oh wait, never mind. I was just told on the other thread that the OL excuse is just a myth. You know by, the eckspertz.
He'd fit in as a Giants QB all right.
So is this the new type of Giants fan that loses their shit after one quarter of play? I do enjoy the entertainment though.
THe Giants shouldn't want either DJ or WIlson to be a part of a franchise starting over...again.

And I new era material?
btw, Back in my day you didn't have to drink whiskey if you were a real fan. It would flow through your veins naturally.

ballin to the tune of 15 big points
So dumb to consider.
I would rather the Giants use both 1st rounders on 2 QB's and let them have at it on rookie contracts. See who wins.

Your response to what you think is a dumb idea, is to come up with an even dumber idea?
On earth worse than ours.

Get that strawman!!! Beat him some more!!!!
Still dumb to try and get Wilson. Already past his prime.

Controversy creates cash nimrod!

It sure didn't read like sarcasm.
Perhaps next time add a smiley face or "j/k" at the end of your post and I'll be able to "get it".
