I get it.. but he is going to play til 40 at least, at a high level. The moment he donned blue he would be the most talented QB in the history of the franchise. He would elevate the whole team including our shoddy line. And it wouldn't be long before a smart GM would get him additional help. Two firsts is not that much for a talent like that, a franchise altering talent. But reasonable people can disagree on the matter.
