Cowboys over Saints (Wild card is conceivable; division not so much.)
Giants over Dolphins
Lions over Vikings
Jets over Eagles
Bucs over Falcons
Raiders over Football Team
Cardinals over Bears
Seahawks over 49ers
Favorable outcomes in the first six games would lift the Giants into a bizarre, undeserved tie for WC3. And yes, I realize our rooting will have no effect on any results.
I also remember the days before expansion and through no fault of their own, I regard the Cowboys as "new" even if they weren't part of the AFL.
Losers of three of their last four, perhaps it's unrealistic but I'd rather see us get in as a consequence of a Cowboy collapse. New Orleans has been playing terribly, a win tonight might mean the free fall I've been hoping for is starting......"when cows ride cowboys and grass eats cows" popular song that the defeated British troops sang as raggedy colonials defeated the world's greatest power at Yorktown. Title: "The World turned upside down" let it start tonight "when the Saints come marching in".
Not sure if Kamara is going tonight though for Saints.
Thank you!
Ask them if they've ever been there.....ask them why they root for them.....
I believe you'd get your ass kicked sayin something like that - ( New Window )
Anyway it's about Chicago losing and Philly's draft spots dropping. At least for me.
And Jim Mora says hello to anyone mentioning the P word.

Oh, an exception for this week though re: Philly draft spot.
How do you figure that? A Dallas loss puts Wash 1.5 games behind with a chance to get to 1.0 games by the end of the weekend.
Wash still plays Dallas twice.
I'm sorry Tom Landry and Roger Staubach hurt you in the 70s, but grow up and get over it, and I say that as someone who believes the Giants have no business in the playoffs and almost certainly won't make it.
But sometimes is these type of games, I don t know whom I m rooting for until I watching the game, weird I know.
I think I ll be rooting against Dallas, but if the game came down to Cowboys behind, late in game, in scoring position, I might find myself hoping for them to score.
The Cowboys beat the Saints
The Raiders beat Washington
The Bucs beat the Falcons
The Lions beat the Vikings
The Jets beat the Eagles

But Id rather see them lose 7 in a row and have us take the division with 7 wins
If Dallas scores more than 21 points they should win.
