we both have terrible ones, they can take advantage of it more than we can. That will be the difference. Whether it be Jones or Glennon, neither guy is going to have a lot of time to throw.
said his sources told him Jones was very unlikely to play and maybe better chance next week.
I think Glennon gives us a chance because it might open the play book up to more options- things he does well and takes out the QB run stuff (where maybe our guys get too complacent on DJ keeping and running).
I would think deeper passes to KG and passes to Barkley are in order here. I hope they go up tempo to keep the Phins defense from substituting and playing down and distance.

I am not sure where we are going to have time. The only thing about Glennon, and I don't know the answer to this really, is about his pocket presence. Jones's pocket presence is one of the weakest aspects of his game, maybe Glennon has a better presence because we are going to need it.

So, you think our OL will do a better job giving Glennon time to throw deep than they gave DJ? And just does Glennon do well that DJ doesn’t.

Its weird because if they didnt think he was gojng to play they wouldnt have out him in front of the media..
and by ebery report he looks fine on the practice field

It could be a neck injury where he is not in much discomfort but they are worried about structural damage to such an important body part that he can't get clearance.
Objectively speaking how is a 7 lost team a favorite over another 7 loss team. The line is saying Miami is a notch, maybe a bit more than a notch better than the Giants, I'm not buying that. Sure maybe a -3.5 with some squirrely payout numbers is more reasonable.

LOL, yeah, and who's job is that?
But seriously, if we have the same record but one of us is on a bit of a winning streak and the other a losing streak, I can imagine that would be like a 7 or 10 point spread but I'm no expert at all here.
Anyway, I guess we are both playing equally as bad? eheheh. Though tbh our defense is playing good and as we all can see, our offense fell off a cliff, but hopefully the new OC gets his feel and Mojo this coming game. I am looking forward to them because of that change.

I think sometimes people overachieve when they know they have to. Glennon is not running and maybe that makes our Oline a bit more pocket centric vs a QB who can run if needed. I don't expect much and it most likely is a one game boost but, maybe we see something different.
these supposed mind games but truthfully it never really seems to be that deceptive. Like not saying who calls the plays when in reality you know who it is. It isn't like 5 people talk between plays to decide the next one.
Being able to practice and being able to be hit are TWO very different things.
Glennon is a statue and the Dolphins are going to bring the house. Judge is going to have to work some magic to keep the team playing hard in the 2nd half!
We could beat many teams on any Sunday. Obviously our defense is our strength. It is also what the Dolphins staff knows all to well. They will know how to attack our strength and they will bring pressure all day. It’s winnable but a much tougher game to win than people think.

2. If he doesn’t get r starts and is replaced Glennon will be the QB

Get out of my mail bag - ( New Window )
They may have to play 12 quarters for that to happen.
