Even the backups cant stay on the field. Harris played 3 games and Smith hasn't had a catch since week 3. I thought I'd seen the worst during the Coughlin years but these are the 18th and 19th guys currently on IR. Doesn't count the ones who've been activated. That's nuts.
Over the last 10 year we are a little worse than middle of the pack with injuries. For example this season Baltimore and the Titans have nearly as many injuries. The interesting thing to me is how the Vikings over the last 10 years seem to have significantly less injuries than anyone else. What are they doing different? I didn’t link anything because it was too much.
That there were back to back two years where we were #1 in injuries and then two years later were #4. I believe that was early in this last ten year period. Things tend to even out, but this year is awful.
Here is the important thing. These injured game stats stats do not really come close to addressing what happened to the Giants this year because we had so many top players who were out for all the exhibition games and offseason and thus had no chemistry at the beginning of the year. They were most of our free agents and several key draft picks. Basically we played with last year’s roster a lot! Now with Jones out, this is truly a throw away season.
You mean since 2012?
Anyone have Chris Myarick with more TD catches for the Giants than Kenny Golladay through week 12?

I had Andrew Thomas down, but no, did not have Myarick.
