I was gonna say— this is a fun game just based on all the talent out there. From the first couple plays you could sense there was just a lot of big Football egos on the field, a ton of pride… each of these guys on both sides have gone from pee wee football up through high school always being the best player or one of the best players on the field, best players in the country, and now here they are facing off as part of these world class programs that are basically like all star teams for top national recruits.
Don’t just fall on a fumble. Like really you’re going to scoop and score from your own goddamn 28 yard line with like 6 offensive players you’d have to dodge on the way. Who are you Jim Brown. Fall on the goddamn ball.
they will put Bama in if they lose. There's a lot of Bama fatigue and if they put them in they'd have a rematch new years eve. I dont see it.
I do believe they are clearly the two best teams in the country, but dont see a 2 loss Bama making it.
Disagree. Bama is in with a very close loss to Georgia. Georgia has manhandled literally everyone else they’ve played and it’s not like they play against scrubs. The fact that Bama has already proven they may be one of the few threats to Georgia’s otherwise “inevitable” dominance that everyone has been talking about will be enough for the committee to put them in. The committee doesn’t care about number of losses nor even head to heads etc theyve proven they will just put in the teams they truly believe are the best (within reason of course).
Keeping them out in a very close loss. Best QB in the country. They probably win but if not the narrative will shift big time putting them in with two losses. Ok state losing opened the door.

take into a count, even if they lose in a close game, who other than Georgia is better than them? No other team put into the CFP will be as good, for that reason Bama is in no matter what, unless they get totally blown out the second half

Btw I will also just say: there may be “Bama fatigue” in about 98% of the country (I.e. 49 states) but there is zero Bama fatigue in the CFP committee. If anything it’s the opposite. Alabama’s past excellence has absolutely influenced the committee in their evaluations and I don’t think the committee is even ashamed of that being the case.

Can’t see ND without its HC getting the nod.
Cincy also has to win to make it interesting. If they lose Bama is in no questions. Cincy is in a battle with Houston currently.
Go Cougars!

That was an incredible recovery...
Agree 100%
If it's a close ending - 3 or < - I think you are onto something...
4 straight scores. Not TDs.

I think they will if it's close
Long way to go, but you don't think Saban prepped his team this week by showing endless highlights of "experts" talking his team down...??

How many one loss teams would get passed over in that case?
Also great catch by the Cincy WR just now

I’m not sure he’s better than the Ohio State QB

I said Bama would get strong consideration even losing this one.

Wide open. Rider led him too much.
