Notre Dame doesnt belong in over them even if Cincy loses. Do I think ND would beat them if they played again? Probably. But head to head has to matter and Cincy beat ND at ND. It would be wrong to put ND in over them, even if you think ND is better right now. Cincy earned a berth over ND by what happened in south bend in early october.
