Georgia is most likely also in the CFP. That means the last two may be Cincy (assuming they hold on), then Michigan may be ND's last hope. If Michigan wins, thats our top 4 right? Bama/UGA/Cincy/Mich..
Why are they guaranteed in, even with a loss, they have their shot at Bama right now.
They have played from behind for all of 20 minutes this season. Smurf quarterback. Not built to play from behind and I'm surprised no analysts really talked about that when they're up against a high octane passing game and a defense that can handle power.
Why are they guaranteed in, even with a loss, they have their shot at Bama right now.
Georgia has allowed 6.9 points per game playing an SEC schedule. They have aside from Clemson, a 10-3 win, and today, crushed everyone in their path. Alabama might be the only team in the country that can do this to the Georgia defense (maybe Ohio State too, but we'll never know)

Because you shouldn’t get penalized after an entire season of dominating and being undefeated. Why should another 1 loss team be in over them?
been the way it has for years. A late season loss kicks you out. Getting dominated by another team in the playoffs the last game before the playoffs should knock you at as well. Especially against a team that struggled against a terrible Auburn team with an injured back up QB.
“I have a good idea: I’ll run a crossing route, wait until the exact moment the QB throws it with the intention of leading me— THEN I’ll stop running. It’s bulletproof— Genius even 🤔.”

No it hasn’t, not to the #1 team in the country, undefeated and from the best conference.
And should. But so far today...I don't see them winning it all. Bama owns them. And Bama is getting in.
The one thing I’ll say though: Georgia still when all is said and done still may have more talent than Bama. But Bama is better coached and has better schemed for this game. Give Georgia now a full month weeks to review this game film and prepare for Bama and then we’ll see if Bama can repeat this.
Let’s also remember Bama undoubtedly needed this game more than Georgia, so I’m not gonna jump to conclusion yet that Georgia is just incapable of beating Bama this year … not yet at least.
like a lot of coaches panic. You have to take the field goal down 14 on 4th and 9 in the 3rd quarter. If it's 4th and 2, go for it. 4th and 9 is such low percentage to begin with

What has been what way for years? You're referring to sicne the CFP with 4 teams? Or when it used to just be 2 teams chosen to play for the Title? And are you describing what you think should happen in your opinion? or what you think will happen?
Georgia is in. Period. Their resume up until this game has been head and shoulders above every other team in the country. A loss to the #3 team in a game that #3 team needed desperately, even if it is convincing, does not suddenly knock them out of the top 4 CFP spots. And it shouldn't
Forget about what Auburn did to Bama, that will not weigh into the committee kicking Georgia out. That's irrelevant. Georgia beat the crap out of Auburn.
And what do you mean this is their "shot" at Alabama? If these 2 teams end up #1 and #2, they won't play each other in the semi-final. You're saying Georgia shouldn't even be allowed to play in the semi-final because it could lead to them playing Bama again and they already "had their shot"? So therefore drop them to #5 or #6 even if their resume is deserving of a top 3 spot? This logic makes no sense. Georgia is in. They're allowed to have their one loss against a great team just like every other one loss team (except for Bama who had their loss to fucking A&M).

They have JT Daniels. Surprised they haven't made the switch yet

Alabama would be #1 in the final CFB poll if they win

We saw vs. Auburn how they aren't as formidable without both of them.

I agreed, he’s getting severely out coached
If Bama wins they absolutely go to 1.
Michigan with a win 2. Georgia 3.
Bama-Cincy
Michigan-Georgia.
I want to see what Michigan does tonight but they can physically play with both these teams . That OL is outstanding.
