the Giants' medical staff are all from the Hospital for Special Surgery, or some such. There's not a specialist in that group? Really, it's just the same bullshit year after year from the team doctors.
We are all basically realizing our likely best option was Jones, who was terrible. We also realize we have a backup quarterback who *should* take out insurance behind our horrific Offensive Line.
We will need 3 - 5 years to rebuild at this rate. At that point, most of our potential "good" players will age out. We really should just be stockpiling draft picks at this point.
