Joe Judge and DJ. I have been making excuses because of injuries. I was very wrong.
The last 3 games have changed my mind.
We need some one from outside the giants organization to evaluate the situation. A GM who can choose his own coach. Who has the authority to change quarterbacks if he wants to move on from DJ.
The GM needs to determine which players will contribute in the future. The GM needs to pick draft picks that can play a quality level.
I am disgusted after 50 years of being a Giant fan.
mara will be willing to cut bait on judge or jones and no self-respecting GM from the outside would take the job with this kind of mandate from the owner (assuming they even do a real GM search-- look at the candidates who interviewed last time).
He is extremely well spoken and confident. The mistakes that he's making as a coach this season are kind of a glass shattering moment in my eyes. He's confident and says the right things but goes and makes stupid mistakes and does the opposite of what he has preached. The team looks unprepared and outmatched every week.
I think he's in way over his head and if he wasn't so well spoken and confident he wouldn't have had the support that he has had to this point.
I was a supporter of his as well but he's lost me. I think he's a fraud. True snake oil salesman. Clean house.
They look very confused on the offensive side of the ball both players and coaches.
With a Swiss-cheese front 5, Vince Lombardi and Bart Starr wouldn't look good. So, we have no idea how good Judge is, and as for DJ, well, my GUESS is that he's basically about a league-average QB talent: 10 guys better, 10 guys worse and 10 about the same. But we really don't have a clue.

the fact that the giants lost two of their projected OL starters for the season is not the reason the offense looks like crap and is unable to score. even if gates and lemieux were healthy, hernandez and solder would still be terrible. there would still have been no credible depth.
but it is not just the OL. it is a combination of bad coaching, bad quarterback play, bad running back play, and overrated and oft-injured skill position players.
bad OL play is just one of the ingredients in the recipe of suck we are witnessing.

BS, this team has a poorly designed offense, every week other teams peel o linemen off the scrap heap and show better play designs and concepts than this team. O line was worse with Shurmer and the offense looked a hell of a lot better. This is all on coaches who have no clue what their doing. They can’t even decide on a play to run. Judge sold the Giants on him and his buddies and this is the result. Any other coach would have benched Solder. Other coaches aren’t so clueless that two vet linemen just decide to retire than play for him. Judge sucks, has no clue what he is doing and needs to be shown the door. Douchebag will probably win a couple of games at the end of the year f the draft spot and be allowed to stay though.
