The Giants' Brass has no answers; so throwing the same old men & horses (Abrams etc.) is NOT going to work.
Priority of things that need to happen, ASAP ...
1. Ownership, nepotism and "good-ole-boy network" needs to confine itself to the owner's booth and nowhere near the field, or it's business.
2. Hire an outside highly qualified GM, giving the full authority to hire and/or dump any coaches and players he wants to.
I firmly believe that we will all be surprised as to who stays and who is asked to leave.
The whole organization needs an overhaul.
He’d sell his soul for a win at this point.
Of course it would screw up the draft spot by 1 but in the top 5 and a possible unexpected pick, the impact could be big.
Unless the GM has ties to JJ.
A humiliating loss will have no contrary impact…. JJ is loved by the only one that counts.
