I see what you're saying..but that's the play design. The idea is that you will catch the contain flatfooted on a sweep. I doubt there is an audible that wouldn't completely tip off the D...barring opting out of the play entirely...which I'm not sure Fromm has the permission to do out there today.

I am half and half on praising the defense. Easy to look good when your other unit is horrendous. They’re not giving up but they’re not facing big challenges from teams who know they can play conservatively. They’ve given up 75 pts in last two minutes of 1st half this year. Also, Washington really stinks offensively.

The Giants, backed up inside their own 5, ran a QB sneak on 2nd and 3rd down.
That shows they have absolutely no faith they have the personnel to do ANYTHING on offense. That's just giving up, killing time and hoping disaster doesn't strike. Coaches don't believe in the players.

Tampa was a total loser team like the Giants are now. Young threw 11 TDs and 21 INTs. After Young's 3rd year in professional football he was traded to the 49ers for a 2nd and 4th round pick.

No way. I was completely on board for year 3 back around Thanksgiving. The final stretch has just been an absolute nightmare. He press conferences haven't helped - getting up there every week and saying he likes what he sees is just not what the fans want to hear. Team has scores 1 TD in 4 games. Unacceptable.

It costs me $5 per ticket to see my local high school team play.
I like what Judge says is his philosophy but the product does not match the attitude. If he does stay his new OC needs some chops in the NFL (Pep Hamilton?)
My HOPE? The Giants take a new HC who hires a young upcoming OC (Joe Brady?) and an old proven DC ( Fangio?). Who that HC would be? I have no idea.

We pay $6 a game for HS Field Hockey, which is much more entertaining than the crap the Giants team created.
I'm good with it.
I was more interested in preseason games in the 00's than a lot of the actual games these days.

This season has sucked. One of the MOST disappointing seasons I can remember. I wasn't expecting us to say win the division or be a SB contender BUT an improving team with a better record than last year I seriously did. This season has proven to be a huge letdown and shows our less than stellar 6-10 season last year was actually above our heads.. That is what is truly depressing that a 6-10 meh season is actually the high point of Joe Judge's reign.

I am half and half on praising the defense. Easy to look good when your other unit is horrendous. They’re not giving up but they’re not facing big challenges from teams who know they can play conservatively. They’ve given up 75 pts in last two minutes of 1st half this year. Also, Washington really stinks offensively.
