Ok, let's not delve there. The Phins started out 1-7 in a year they were expected to compete for the Division Title. But, I think there was some head bumping behind the scenes.
I can see Flores head to Minnesota, Houston or Denver.
Too "old school" and Minkah Fitzpatrick last year was the tip of the iceberg
They traded Minkah in 2019...
Sorry, I got my year incorrect. I did see chatter that the team had tuned Flores out and were playing for the pride of winning and not for the head coach and Fitzpatrick was brought up.

While I realize many are assuming Flores’ departure is tied to Harbaugh’s potential availability, I can assure you that is not the case. The Dolphins are not targeting Jim Harbaugh, per sources. The decision to fire Flores is entirely independent.
No way Mara can keep Judge now
No evidence of that the way they played down the stretch. They went 8-1 after starting 1-7. I think the Miami owner is going for Harbaugh
I wonder if there is more to the story than just simple on-field results.

I made a post the other day that "playing hard for your coach is just a myth that players sometimes play hard for themselves and are competitors.

Could see that, I don't think Flores was ever really on board with the Tua decision and it's spiralled a bit since then.
That is my thoughts as well.
Why doesn't it make sense? You have absolutely no clue why he was fired but somehow are good with the race card?
A bad job the first 8 games, but then they stormed back.
Mixed results.
yeah it must be race. Of course not being on the same page when it comes to building the team has zero impact on the decision. Go right to race...
The only flawed logic there is they would not have hired the guy to begin with.
shit right there.
not sure if true, but something like that makes sense IMO.
