What makes you think the GM has not been hired. They have had plenty of time to decide if they want Abrams or to speak to the agents of other candidates. Any interview process is a charade.They know who the new GM is and that person has signed off of JJ for 1 year.

Please step aside and hire a real GM and let him make all football decisions. If he wants to fire Judge so be it !

Rumors that many of the players and some of his own coaches hate Judge. Most of the fanbase hates Judge and he has even alienated some opposing coaches as well.

His "process" and culture-building isn't working.

I honestly think at this point that Mara does not care how the fans feel about anything. He'd rather run the franchise into the ground as long as he's still the one in charge.

He's either stupid and completely detached from reality. Or he is now intentionally trolling his own fanbase. It's one or the other, maybe both.

But there aren't many other reasonable explanations one can come up with for the complete and utter disconnect with his fanbase and reality.

This is the bottom. Can't you see John? We are the Matt Millen-era Lions. We are the current version of the 2010's Cleveland Browns. Remember that Browns team that won a single game in 2 seasons? 1-31 was their record in 2016 & 2017 under Hue Jackson. And that team would beat us today. The record book may say we're a 4-13 team, but everyone knows we are worse than that.

You have been trusting people whose heyday in football was 20 and 30 years ago. Time to start getting people in the building that knows how to build a team that can win in TODAY's NFL.

Been a serious fan since the mid 70s. If Judge is brought back I will no longer watch or spend money. If the team makes the Super Bowl i will watch and root for them but short of that there are better things to do. Bringing Judge back would be the final slap in the face for me as a fan.

Being weak isn't making mistakes it is the inability to admit the mistake, see the mistake early and make the proper move to correct the mistake.

We can blame Joe Judge, and we should for 2021 but the blame goes deeper than the Head Coach. You chose to replace Jerry Reese with an old school GM with ties to Giants past but with a very spotty record as GM. For all the talk, all the bluster, Dave Gettleman's time here will be viewed as one mistake after another. From the condescending tone towards media (specifically female members) to the we hired an "Adult" for HC- ie a shot a McAdoo and then followed up by the idiotic worship of a RB in the 2018 draft that absolutely handicapped this franchise moving forward from then.

You then replaced the Adult with a guy you thought was a BB clone, a guy who had escaped the Giants years ago and you felt you could grab the next young BB. Instead we get all the arrogance and bravado of BB with NONE of the demonstrated success.

John, to hold a coach who basically has told the fanbase that they don't know what success is, they don't know what to use as a measuring stick for success because they are tied to much to the won loss record. This team is now considered a laughing stock in the NFL. Do not kid yourselves, our 4 win record is a mirage, we easily could have been 2-15. We have a QB who clearly isn't the guy and yet you are still trying to "see" what you have in him and are now keeping a coach who called two QB sneaks off our own 3 yard line.. Is that a leader of men or a coward who wants to use injuries and Oline play as an excuse for this type of garbage. David Culley in Houston was given a job that not many wanted and that was most definitely being done with at least one hand tied behind his back and yet that lowly Houston was a far better product than our beloved NY Giants.

Do not be stubborn and stick to your "patience" stance and realize that now, while getting a new GM (outside of the Organization, not ABRAMS who has been part of years of losing already) and get a new coach that the GM wants..

This is your George Young moment. No half assed toss a chair, losing won't be tolerated moments, make a true statement that you WANT to win and you know that you and your choices have led us to where we are now. It is time to change and you need to see it, feel it and do something with it.

Weak leadership results in chaos and failure. You can see that nowadays in many factions of society.

The Giants are a chaotic failure due to weak leadership. Today's decision to continue to employ Joe Judge will do nothing more than continue this cycle of nothingness.

It is very unlikely that our actions can affect your bottom line.

We are about to try as hard we possibly can.

Please don't tell us you are upset by losing. You clearly aren't. If I was making tens of millions off the Giants I would probably not be as upset as I am now. But the Giants are an escape for many, and right now that escape is a depressing bore.

act with your feet and wallets. Don't go to Giants games. Don't spend a dime on anything Giants. You folks living in the NYC metro area have a choice. Become Jets fans. They look like they're on the rise. If a restaurant served crappy food would you go back? If a car breaks down often, would you buy that model or manufacturer's product again? Mara will make a business decision first so fans should too.

Fans have hit their breaking point and Judge has proven to be utterly incompetent.

There will not be another time where we can gut it completely like we can now. Now is the time to finally do what should have been done in the past.

were apoplectic when Gettleman was kept on after Shurmur got fired. Was clear Gettleman blamed Shurmur to save his own hide when problems were deeper than just coaching/leadership.

You’re losing a generation of fans. My sons are turning 12, they have no memory of the Giants as anything but a bad team. They come to me to check in asking if we’re winning, and for 10 years the answer is almost always no. You have a team that hasn’t had a winning record ever under the current GM.

You can blame bad injury luck for a season here or there, but a decade? It’s one thing to believe in The Giants Way if there is one. But, it has to adapt to the current times. Even the great George Young was too slow to adapt to free agency. You’ve been to slow bringing the team into modern offensive football. You must be frustrated paying and overpaying unproductive players and coaches. Think hard about this next GM pick. It’s going to make or break you with a lot of fans. Not current ones, future fans.

I'm the president of a medium sized medical practice, and most docs are that way, which is why most of my partners would be terrible as president of the group, which is why I'm stuck doing it. :-(
