Seems like he’ll be stuck with Fields for a few years there but could cut bait with Jones relatively easily.
I agree with this. If he doesn't like Fields, he has no real draft capital to change direction immediately. Not sure what their cap situation is like, but it does not seem like they would be a major player for the guys that could get traded (Watson or Wilson) or in a position to take a QB (assuming he likes anyone in the limited class).
can you please point me to non-Giants fans who currently believe that?
Jones is a non factor for the next GM. A candidate isn’t going to accept or decline this job based on Daniel Jones. There will plenty of opportunities for a new GM to bring in a QB he likes, whether in the draft, via trade or free agency. Jones is easy to move off from at this point
And what if he's told by the Giants he's free to keep Judge or bring in his own coach?
Then why wouldn’t they just get rid of Judge now? Makes no sense. Unless they have their eyes on someone like Ossenfort, who would probably keep Judge.

I believe the fans whom expect the QB to deliver in the shit show that has been this org …from Offensive philosophy, to system changes, to incredibly bad protection, to non existent run game are deluding themselves that he’s the primary issue. My comment was, he’ll have some fans across the league. And by league I mean, people working in front offices. So, I’m not soliciting fans, whom on the hole think context isn’t important.
Judge was killing this team. He had no idea what he was doing. I'm not saying it's the All Madden team - but there was better talent than the results indicated.
What is it about Fields that enamors you ? Using the same criteria that you use to evaluate Jones what has Fields done to make you believe that Chicago has their QB?
Until Judge is gone, I will continue to use this

That's the biggest question of them all!
Giants? Who knows with Jones.
GMs want to “get their guy” at QB just as much, if not more so, than the HC.

Your stuck with Fields for longer then Jones or Judge if you take the Bears job.
no he won't
QB trumps draft capital.
Get real.

Please elaborate.

So does Jones
I saw glimpses in his ability to run. But little else.
That is closer to “turning the corner,” his decision is real easy:
da Bears.

Just like draft day
The jury is still out on whether they have a QB.
Horrible take

Chicago doesn’t have either
Da Bears have rb's and wr's who can play
Da Bears have an OL right down there with the Jints - just terrible
This draft can fix the OL even in the second and third round for Da Bears
If I am a prospective GM I am going with Da Bears

More upside than Jones is not saying much. Does he have more upside than 2022 or 2023 crop?
I think they will ride with him next year given the talent they have at wr and rb.
Between FA and the Draft they may be able to bring three serviceable OL that would upgrade their OL.
They pretty much have everything else they need except for a coach. Nagy was awful - maybe worse than Judge
