I think Mara answered this anyway. Seems to me like Mara won't get int the way of anything reasonable. And I take that to mean he probably will sign off on most personnel that doesn't have some kind of major baggage.

I doubt Mara has strict guidelines of this guy or that guy but if he does his due diligence and finds questionable stuff in the guys past or has reason to believe this won't work he has EVERRY right to say so.

BTW- almost everyone of us was on board with Judge because we all wanted to believe that BB had an affinity for the Gmen and was sending us a guy who would become BB or BP for this franchise.

And thanks to Gettleman (and whoever else made the disastrous decisions of the last four years), no coach can win with the current Giants roster. It's not okay with me if the GM is no better than Gettleman or if the Mara's are the decision makers in player selection (draft, free agent, or trade).
