They didn't state it outright. They stated he was doing inappropriate things with women. They also implied it may have involved prostitutes. The actual boat was not mentioned. Although I did turn it off before the segment ended. At that time, they were discussing being OC in Baltimore at that point.

I haven’t had Sirius for years but I can remember even 5-6 years ago Papa would not so subtlety refer to BBI and it was never in a happy tone. I think the internet is bad for a franchise so rooted in tradition and stuck in their ways. I don’t think 20 years ago they would have felt to compelled to have made these changes
He was a lurker enough at one point to know certain handles (this was a few years ago). Obv Hanlon has been aware for years.

while it may have played a factor, his stint in Baltimore as the offensive coordinator was probably just as if not more relevant. Skirt chasing aside, his stint as head coach was filled with some amazing moments as a fan (the unexpected 1997 division title, 41-0, the offense in 2002) and for that I am grateful
