Scheduling is a bit off IMO, didn’t they always have AFC and an NFC playing each day? Also there’s a Monday night NFC matchup, which I not fair IMO either. Shortens the week for whomever wins.

Teams get short weeks every single year. There’s literally no difference between playing Monday this week, then Sunday next week and what they have always done and have teams play a Sunday game in the wild card round followed by a Saturday game in Divisional round. It’s not nearly as a big a deal as I keep seeing people saying it is on this site. Much ado about nothing
Looking forward to this game. The Bengals have enough
horsepower on Offense to really separate themselves from a decent but also flawed Raiders team.
Even with Burrow playing at a high level, I would use a heavy dose of Mixon because Raiders can make things interesting with their decent pass rushers. Bengals give up a ton of sacks and playoff games can swing big-time on one or two turnovers...
with that brutal loss to the Jets. Also huge amount of respect for the LV players and staff keeping this thing together given what's gone on. Go Raiders!!! Link - ( New Window )
The Raiders pass rush vs. the Bengals OL is a dangerous matchup though. All it takes is one Crosby strip sack to change the outcome. I think the Bengals are the better team by a decent amount, but the Raiders are gritty and that DL/OL matchup worries me.
The anticipation is something, he sees something before it develops and rockets the ball in to areas that BBI would consider “covered” for a jones throw. The difference in feel and timing is quite apparent.

There is no comparison between the two players. Burrow in his last year at LSU was insanely good. His moxie in the pocket was as good as Rodgers and Mahomes coming into the league.

Ain’t that truth, the plays and throws burrow makes are the difference between a team that is consistently bottom in the league in offensive production and one at the top. Qb is the difference. I don’t know the next time we ll see a giants qb like that, but it would be incredible.

We had a couple of shots. We just didn't make it a priority. We have to accept we whiffed and make sure we don't whiff again.
RE: RE: If there’s a team I could see pulling a 2011 Giants
I didn't think he fielded the ball inbounds...Raiders should have had it at the 40.
Huh? He has to establish himself out of bounds before he touches it. He absolutely was in bounds. That's why you're taught to put one foot out of bounds before touching it. Once he touches it before he is actually out of bounds it can't be a penalty
And my Brother in law is a Raiders fan.
Soooooo Go Raiders!

Friend texted me earlier this week: the last time the Benglas won a postseason game, no one had ever sent a text via cell phones.

That being said, I’ll go with 34-20 Bengals.
I wouldn't feel any pressure if I were the Bengals. All of those players are younger than their playoff drought lol
Really like Burrow, he just has all the tools and a feel for the game. He may end up being the best of the young qb bunch.

The team I can also see pulling a 2007 Giants is the 49ers, without the beating an undefeated team in the playoffs.

Its this Bengals team, great receiving core, elite qb, top pash rush, garbage oline, just like that year.

at least we never did that lol

So, if you extrapolate this out, Carr beating Burrow makes Jones better than Burrow.
Right Jones Fan Club?
Have to admit that looked like a pushoff though.
