“Meh” since Ozzie retires after 2019. Keep that in mind.
No they weren’t. 2020 got them Patrick Queen, their best LB, and 7 other guys who are part of their regular rotation. 2021 is looking good too. Bateman missed games early, but he’s going to be a player. Owen had 5 sacks as a rotational pass rusher, and Brandon Stephen’s may be their best CB. I’ll take those drafts in a heartbeat.

Oweh not Owen.
RE: the ravens have been a good team for over 2 decades
Good news is that Ozzie Newsome would be a mentor. That is as good as it gets.
We have to hope the Giants can suss out the man beyond the references.
Resume and working for a good team isn't enough.
Temperament, judgement and intellect matter more than the cv.
We will hear that next from the reporters.

I'm just as interested in the questions he asked them
Wow! That's compelling, for sure
Not to mention the Ravens and their getting awarded multiple comp picks EVERY year
Impressive. Shows the value and synergistic relationship to the coaches also developing them.
If there’s an area Giants have nosedived for a decade, it’s finding good talent in later rounds and depth.

We have been horrible at later round picks for a decade now
what is impressive about schoen and the bills is that they turned it around fairly quickly after being a joke for decades.

That's an interesting point about the speed of the turnaround at Buffalo.
This is a bit inaccurate.

This is a bit inaccurate.
Not only is it inaccurate, it’s implying that Ozzie was a one man show doing all the scouting, evaluating and decision making all by himself
