…this season Barkley ran like he was afraid of getting hurt.
I remarked yesterday that it was nice to see running backs that take the ball and run forward and maybe break a tackle or two. There's no dancing behind the line. No falling down because a hand hit him.
philosophy about blocking WRs. He believes that great blocking WRs set the tone for the entire football team. In fact all of his skill players (WR/TE/RB) have to be good blockers.
The way the 49ers use Samuel is how the Giants should use Toney. The 4th and 1 conversion with Samuel at RB is a perfect example. Use Toney to win important situations throughout the game. Judge always talked about situational football but never actually applied it.
Is probably the best trio of offensive non-QBs that any team in the league has, especially when you take into account their positions covering so many different aspects of offense.
Kittle and Deebo can both catch 3 passes for 30 yards and still be the best player on the field, Deebo through running and Kittle through blocking. But then they're both also capable of going for 8/120/2 TDs and wrecking the game through the air. And Williams is simply a rock solid HOF LT.
I really wonder how different the Giants offense would look by adding just those 3 players alone.
He is one of the most dangerous weapons in the NFL
While Samuel has been nicked up, Toney likely isn't durable enough to play a Samuel like roll for many plays.
If we are choosing up sides, I pick him very early...
Toney does.
If there’s anybody that knows what he’s talking it’s BJ.

Is there one player on the Giants that you can say that about? I don’t think so. Either side of the ball.
Toney does.
Funny I was thinking yesterday that is Toney ever actually plays the Giants could possibly use him like Deebo. Similar builds and styles.

Both are 6 ft, but Deebo weighs 215 and Toney weighs 195...that is a huge difference.
I know the QBs get the MVP vote, but every time I saw this guy he was just a wrecking ball.
I kinda thought he was MVP.

Disagree on similar builds. I can't think of a wide receiver with a more powerful lower body than Deebo. His ass is gigantic.
Most fun playmaker to watch in the league.
