This is incorrect, there is a criminal investigation, and a grand jury was convened. It was reported last month that any indictments, or lack thereof, would probably be announced by the end of this month. That said it's also been reported that the potential charges are misdemeanor indecent assault - he could theoretically be facing jail time for any such charges, but not necessarily, and certainly not the 20 years suggested earlier in this thread. link - ( New Window )
