2 hour interviews, 2 per day at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. What do you think goes into these interviews? What questions are asked? Let’s discuss.
the most basic questions. What do you identify as our biggest issues from the outside, what are your philosophies on team-building and how would you apply that to improve the team, who would be your top choices for coaching positions.
one would lay 8 and the other would lay 4. Where will they be sending my first check?

Sell me on your vision for the New York Giants
HC/OC/DC philosophy and possible candidates
Scouting process
Cap experience
etc.
I'm sure 85% of the questions are the same with the remainder specific to the candidates past experience.
