The Cowboys could do worse for a head coach. McCarthy had a lot to work with when he came in and it's not like they were terrible this year. Tough game which they lost but at least they were in the playoffs which is more than we can say.
But in all seriousness he took that team from 6 wins to 12, hard to fire him after that because of one boneheaded playcall that was probably made by his golden boy offensive coordinator.

Were obviously completely outcoached in their one playoff game, and that last play was a disaster. As everyone is pointing out, its a well know metric in the NFL that you need 16-17 seconds to do that. Trying to do it at 14 is setting yourself up from disaster, and then to blame the refs is pathetic. Every coach and player knows the rules
