I was pretty sick of him. But i would not complain if he came here. probably learned some from last NFL stint and he did a pretty damn good job with the niners
doubt it would happen but would be a bigtime move
but name someone available who is more qualified. Aside from his actual W/L record, which is exceptional, he took two historically significant but floundering teams and returned them to prominence. He's literally already done this job. Although you could also argue that this would be his biggest challenge yet.
thanks. I assume we'd have to buy him out from Michigan, and then pay him a ton of money to become our coach. The cost isn't worth it. Get someone who is in the league right now.

Who cares about the money? It doesn't impact the cap.
Jim Harbaugh would be a huge get.
44 -19 in 4 yrs with 2 championship games and an SB. If he is interested you go fully in on him. He just needs a GM he can work with.

He is at the highest point he could be in Michigan's eyes.
Harbaugh gave money back last year. I'm not sure if the university asked, or he did it as an act of goodwill and commitment, but maybe he wants to claw that back. And then some after a very good year.
finally hired a GM and he delegated choosing the HC to BBI
Of course not but you have to admit that there are countless threads out there suggesting different HCs before we even select a GM. Easy does it big guy
Wtf does this have to do with the op? Did it say the Giants have interest or plan on interviewing him yet?
He has a career record of something like 163-70, including a great NFL record as pointed out above. He has won everywhere he went, San Diego U, Stanford, SF, and Michigan.
After a few years may he get sideways with management for saying stupid things, sure. But I don't care, he'd get us turned around in the meantime. He is the one guy out there who has shown he can turn a team around.
Yeah, why would we want a guy who went 44-19 with crappy QBs and went to 3 NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl in 4 years. Not to mention if he brings Fangio with him

I know, but the Giants have to pay Judge $15 million and are still apparently paying Shurmur. I'd also be concerned that it would become a circus.

seriously, it's one line on Mara's tax return...
Harbaugh to the Raiders makes much more sense with no GM in place

It's as if people do not realize that the Giants turn a $140mil profit every year (except 2020) even with the shitty product on the field. 168mil profit in 2019.
Paying Harbaugh 2 or 3 mil than another candidate is hardly a dent in Mara/Tisch's bottomline.
Pay him a ton of money? I never u sees food why people care so much. Is it your money? John Mara and Steve roach are billionaires. Buying him out and giving him a huge contract isn’t even a blip on their bank accounts
more money out of UM, I think he wants back in to the NFL. He's gone as far as he can go at Mich, and I've always thought he was better suited for the NFL. I just don't see the Mara's going for that, but if the new GM pushes for it...
Little Birdie says coach Harbaugh eyeing Raiders & Giants.

Why do you care about Maras wallet?
Vic Fangio could be his defensive coordinator which would be a home run hire.
i think this is it

Totally agree. That's the ulterior motive here.

From Michigan IMO

pretty sure he just got a new contract before this past year
With Harbaugh, I see him blurring those boundaries.

Agree with everything you say

Raiders just fired their GM, wouldnt be suprised if this tandem gets hired there.

Shhhhh. You tryin to ruin our fan appreciation day next season?
Ha!
How doesn't he fit? The new GM is hiring him, so there would be no issues there. 44-19 with 3 title games in 4 years with lousy QBs fits
Ditto Brian Flores

Would love to see Harbaugh in Giants blue. He’s the hero Gotham needs right now after rolling through three guys unfit for duty.

This is blatantly wrong.
